综掘工作面矿用泡沫降尘技术研究及应用

针对王坡煤矿 3306 综掘工作面产尘强度大,风速高易扬尘,综掘机本体内外高压喷雾降尘装备易堵塞及损毁,粉尘油性高与雾滴难黏结等原因导致粉尘超标,严重污染作业区域的难题,开展了适用于王坡煤矿综掘工作面的矿用泡沫降尘技术研究,最终在王坡煤矿 3306 综掘工作面开展工业性示范验证.应用效果表明,在粉尘质量浓度最高的掘进机后方位置,总粉尘降尘率可达 74.96%,呼吸性粉尘降尘率可达 71.50%,降尘效果良好,整个巷道内环境质量及能见度得到了显著提升.
Research and Application of Mining Foam Dust Removal Technology in Fully Mechanized Excavation Face
Aiming at the problems of high dust intensity,high wind speed and easy dust accumulation of 3306 fully mechanized excavation face in Wangpo Coal Mine,easy blockage and damage of high pressure spray dust removal equipment inside and outside the roadheader body,high dust oiliness and difficult adhesion of fog drops,etc.,which lead to excessive dust and serious pollution in the working area,the research on mining foam dust removal technology applicable to the fully mechanized excavation face in Wangpo Coal Mine was carried out.Finally,industrial demonstration was carried out at 3306 fully mechanized excavation face of Wangpo Coal Mine.The application results show that,in the position behind the roadheader with the highest dust mass concentration,the dust removal rate of total dust can reach 74.96%,and the dust removal rate of exhaled dust can reach 71.50%.The dust removal effect is good,and the environmental quality and visibility of the whole roadway have been significantly improved.
