摘要

110 采煤工法是以机械化、自动化、信息化和智能化为基本特征的新型煤矿开采方法,可提高煤炭资源回收率,最大限度满足现代化煤矿生产需要.对 110 采煤工法(即厚煤层切顶卸压沿空自动成巷无煤柱开采技术)进行了分析和研究,阐述了 110 采煤工法的基本原理和主要技术特点.该工法包括恒阻锚索支护和超前聚能爆破切顶等一系列关键技术.结合传统采煤方式对 110 采煤工法的工艺、技术先进性进行了分析,得出该工法具有自成巷道稳固、掘进量小、资源利用率高等优势,建议在全行业范围内进一步广泛推广.

Abstract

The 110 coal mining method is a new type of coal mining method characterized by mechanization,automation,informatization,and intelligence.It can improve the recovery rate of coal resources and meet the needs of modern coal mining production to the maximum extent.The 110 coal mining method(i.e.thick coal seam roof cutting and pressure relief gob-side entry automatic mining technology without coal pillars)was analyzed and studied,the basic principle and main technical characteristics of the 110 coal mining method were expounded.The mining method includes a series of key technologies such as constant resistance anchor cable support and advance shaped blasting.The progressiveness of technology of 110 coal mining method was analyzed in combination with traditional coal mining methods.It is concluded that this construction method has the advantages of stable self-created roadway,small excavation amount and high resource utilization rate,and it is suggested to be further popularized in the whole industry.
