针对 12503 回风巷原支护方案支护强度大、支护耗时长以及支护成本高等问题,对回风巷围岩支护参数进行优化,具体通过适当降低锚杆及锚索支护密度、降低围岩支护强度达到降低支护成本、提高支护效率的目的.支护优化后,回风巷围岩变形量较小且在允许范围内,巷道综合支护成本较优化前降低约 47.3%,同时支护耗时明显缩短.支护优化设计在降低巷道支护投入、提高巷道掘进效率等方面效果显著.
Support Optimization of Large-section Mining Roadway in Thick Coal Seam
In view of the large support strength,long support time and high support cost of the original support scheme of 12503 air return roadway,the surrounding rock support parameters of the air return roadway were optimized.Specifically,the support cost was reduced and the support efficiency was improved by appropriately reducing the density of bolt and cable support and reducing the surrounding rock support strength.After the support optimization,the surrounding rock deformation of the air return roadway was small and within the allowable range,the comprehensive support cost of the roadway was reduced by about 47.3%compared with that before the optimization,and the supporting time was significantly reduced.Support optimization design has significant effects on reducing roadway support input and improving roadway driving efficiency.
