老空区瓦斯对小煤柱采面上隅角的影响与治理研究

为消除邻近老空区积存瓦斯对小煤柱回采工作面上隅角的影响,以山西三元煤业股份有限公司下霍煤矿2305 回采工作面为原型,基于老空区瓦斯运移规律研究得出的结论,设计选用钻孔、并联现采采空区抽采支管、敷设专用管路 3 种方法进行抽采对比试验,分析不同抽采形式和抽采流量对老空区瓦斯的治理效果.结果表明:回采工作面进入 8m小煤柱区域后,老空区瓦斯通过顶帮裂隙流向现采工作面,上隅角瓦斯体积分数明显上升;抽采前,老空区内瓦斯运移规律为回采工作面附近的瓦斯向现采采空区抽采口附近运移,抽采后,老空区内瓦斯运移规律为回采工作面附近的瓦斯仍有小部分向现采采空区抽采口附近运移,大部分由内侧向外侧抽采口运移;采用专用管路抽采老空区内积存瓦斯效果较好,可以明显改变老空区内瓦斯运移方向,现采埋管抽采瓦斯体积分数随老空区抽采管路瓦斯体积分数的下降而下降,两者具有强相关性,该抽采方式可有效消除小煤柱回采区域上隅角受老空区内积存瓦斯的影响.
Influence and Treatment of Gas in Goaf on Upper Corner of Small Coal Pillar Mining Face
In order to eliminate the influence of gas accumulation in the adjacent goaf on the upper corner of the small coal pillar mining face,taking the 2305 mining face of Xiahuo Coal Mine of Shanxi Sanyuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the prototype,based on the research on the gas migration law in the goaf,three methods of drilling,parallel connection of goaf extraction branch pipes,and laying of dedicated pipelines were designed and selected for comparative extraction experiments,the effectiveness of different extraction forms and flow rates on gas control in goaf was analyzed.The results show that after the mining face enters the 8 m small coal pillar area,the gas in the goaf flows towards the current mining face through the roof cracks,and the volume fraction of gas in the upper corner increases significantly.Before extraction,the gas migration law in the goaf is that the gas near the mining face migrates to the vicinity of the current goaf extraction port.After extraction,the gas migration law in the goaf is that a small part of the gas near the mining face still migrates to the vicinity of the current goaf extraction port,and the majority migrates from the inside to the outside of the current goaf extraction port.The use of dedicated pipelines for extracting accumulated gas in the goaf has a good effect,which can significantly change the direction of gas migration in the goaf.The volume fraction of gas extracted by buried pipelines decreases with the decrease of gas volume fraction in the goaf.The two have a strong correlation,and this extraction method can effectively eliminate the influence of accumulated gas in the upper corner of the small coal pillar mining area.
