摘要

针对山西A矿 11809 综放工作面过F1 断层期间采空区遗煤存在的自燃氧化问题,分析遗煤发火机理,提出综合采用控风防火(封堵漏风裂隙、控制采面配风量)和采空区惰化(注氮、喷洒阻化剂、灌注三相泡沫)方式进行防灭火,并具体给出防灭火技术实施方案.技术应用后,回采工作面过断层期间采空区遗煤自然发火问题得以解决,采空区CO体积分数迅速降低且可实现采空区及时惰化,为回采工作面安全高效过断层创造了良好条件.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of spontaneous combustion and oxidation of coal left in goaf during crossing F1 fault of 11809 fully-mechanized caving face of A Mine in Shanxi,the igniton mechanism of coal left in goaf was analyzed.It was proposed to prevent the fire by adopting the fire prevention measures of integrated wind control and fire prevention(sealing air leakage cracks and reducing air distribution at the mining face)and goaf inert(injecting nitrogen,spraying retarding agent and injecting three-phase foam),and the implementation plan of fire prevention technology was given in detail.After the application of the technology,the problem of spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf can be solved,the volume fraction of CO in goaf can be reduced rapidly and goaf inerting can be realized in time,which creates a good condition for safe and efficient goaf crossing.
