阜生煤业上保护层开采可行性研究分析

阜生煤业 15#煤层透气性低,瓦斯含量大,煤巷掘进瓦斯治理难度大,现有的瓦斯治理手段难以满足安全生产需求.为探索新的煤与瓦斯防治技术手段,从根本上解决瓦斯问题,阜生煤业决定开展 15#煤层保护层开采试验.通过分析 15#煤层各上覆煤层的地层结构、垂距、被保护层的顶板支护、突出危险性、自然发火危险性等因素,最终提出若阜生煤业采用上保护层开采方法,那么选择 13#煤层作为保护层最为合理.
Feasibility of Upper Protective Layer Mining in Fusheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.
The 15#coal seam of Fusheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.has low permeability and high gas content,making it difficult to control gas during coal roadway excavation.The existing gas control methods are unable to meet the needs of safety production.In order to explore new coal and gas prevention and control technologies and fundamentally solve the gas problem,Fusheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.had decided to carry out a mining experiment for the 15#coal seam protection layer.By analyzing the stratum structure,vertical distance,roof support of the protected layer,outburst,spontaneous combustion risk and other factors of the overlying coal seams of the 15#coal seam,it is finally proposed that if Fusheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.adopts the upper protective layer mining method,then choosing the 13#coal seam as the protective layer is the most reasonable.
