摘要

针对红庆梁煤矿现有采煤工艺装备效率低、人员劳动强度大、工作面接续紧张等问题,结合近年来国内采煤工艺装备发展应用情况,对采煤机关键技术、液压支架、刮板输送机、选型配套等进行了新工作面设计分析.分析总结了自动化顺槽集中控制、工作面视频监控自动跟机切换、工作面自动调直等大采高智能采掘工作面应用的关键技术.实践应用结果表明,新型智能采掘工作面减员增效效果明显,为企业带来了明显的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract

In view of the problems of low equipment efficiency,high labor intensity,and tight working face continuity in the existing coal mining of Hongqingliang Coal Mine,combined with the development and application of domestic coal mining equipment in recent years,a new working face design analysis was carried out on key technologies of coal mining machines,hydraulic supports,scraper conveying equipment,and selection and matching.The key technologies for the application of intelligent mining face with large mining height,such as centralized control of automated trough,automatic switching of working face video monitoring,and automatic straightening of working face,were analyzed and summarized.The practical application results show that the new intelligent mining face has a significant effect on reducing personnel and increasing efficiency,bringing significant economic and social benefits to enterprises.
