摘要

为确定七元煤业深埋巷道的合理支护参数,对其附近的地应力进行了实测,根据地应力实测数据施加FLAC3D模型初始应力,模拟得出合理的锚杆间距为 900 mm,排距为 800 mm,锚杆和锚索均垂直安装,锚索长度为 5300 mm.现场应用结果表明,采用设计的支护方案后,巷道整体变形量较小,满足矿井安全高效生产需求.

Abstract

In order to determine the reasonable support parameters for the deep buried roadway of Qiyuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the ground stress near the roadway was measured.Based on the measured data of ground stress,the initial stress of the FLAC3D model was applied.The simulation showed that the reasonable anchor rod spacing was 900 mm,the row spacing was 800 mm,and both the anchor rods and cables were installed vertically with a cable length of 5 300 mm.The on-site application results show that after adopting the designed support scheme,the overall deformation of the tunnel is small,meeting the requirements of safe and efficient production in the mine.
