摘要

在凤红煤业 151302 工作面采用沿空掘巷工艺技术,通过理论计算并结合数值模拟,综合分析确定了小煤柱的合理尺寸为 5.0 m,同时优化了小煤柱巷道支护参数方案.工程应用结果表明:采用留小煤柱沿空掘巷技术,锚杆索受力远低于破断载荷;巷道顶板下沉位移在 200 mm之内,回采帮内位移位小于 200 mm,煤柱帮内位移在 150 mm之内,巷道围岩和小煤柱皆处于稳定结构状况,整体围岩控制效果良好.

Abstract

In 151302 working face of Fenghong Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,gob-side entry driving technology was adopted.Through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the reasonable size of small coal pillars was determined to be 5.0 m,and the support parameter scheme of the small coal pillar roadway was optimized at the same time.Engineering application results show that through the application of the technology of gob-side entry driving with small coal pillars retained,the stress of anchor cable was far less than the breaking load;the subsidence displacement of roadway roof was within 200 mm,the displacement in the side wall was less than 200 mm,and the displacement of coal pillar was within 150 mm;the surrounding rock and small coal pillars in the roadway were in stable condition,and the overall surrounding rock control effect was good.
