摘要

针对山西晋能控股集团晋圣矿业投资有限公司三沟鑫都煤业ZF12000/23/35H型液压支架在大倾角工作面应用时易发生下滑、倾倒等安全事故,分别对该液压支架防倒防滑装置顶梁和底座进行了结构设计,配合刮板输送机前后溜,形成完整的适合大倾角工作面支护的防倒防滑装置.主要对大倾角工作面液压支架防倒防滑装置的改进进行了研究.

Abstract

In response to the safety accidents such as sliding and tilting that are prone to occur when using the ZF12000/23/35H hydraulic support of Sangou Xindu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,Jinsheng Mining Investment Co.,Ltd.,Shanxi Jinneng Holding Group in large angle working faces,the top beam and base of the anti-overturning and anti-slipping device of the hydraulic support were designed,and combined with the scraper conveyor to slide forward and backward,a complete anti-overturning and anti-slipping device suitable for supporting large angle working faces was formed.The improvement of the anti-overturning and anti-slipping device for hydraulic supports in large angle working faces was mainly studied.
