光伏组件测试用夹紧装置的设计研究

摘要
主要针对光伏组件的机械载荷测试,设计了一种光伏组件测试用夹紧装置.介绍了该装置的设计流程,并建立了该装置的主体模型,借助软件对该装置进行了静力学分析,验证了该装置的可行性.所设计的装置可实现对不同尺寸和形式光伏组件测试时的自动夹紧功能.
Abstract
A clamping device for photovoltaic module testing was designed mainly for mechanical load testing of photovoltaic modules.The design process of the device was introduced,and the main model of the device was established.Static analysis was conducted on the device using software to verify its feasibility.The designed device can achieve automatic clamping function for testing photovoltaic modules of different sizes and forms.
