摘要

为进一步探究煤矿井下过空巷的处理,保障矿井巷道掘进安全高效进行,以南岭煤业 5205 切巷综掘工作面过空巷为实际案例,对综掘工作面过空巷的综合处置进行初步探究.在探究过程中,结合前期勘查所获得的数据资料,分别从注浆加固作业和支护方式优化 2 个主要方面入手,详细探讨了过空巷综合处置的技术流程及要点.从实际应用效果来看,该次过空巷的整个过程并未出现顶板压力进一步显现的问题,证明该次采取的过空巷处理措施取得了初步成功.

Abstract

In order to further explore the processing of the underground coal mines passing through empty roadways,and ensure the safety of the mine roadway drivage efficiency,taking fully-mechanized excavation face of 5205 cut lane of Nanling Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the actual case,the comprehensive disposal of a fully-mechanized excavation face passing through empty roadways was preliminarily explored.In the process of exploration,combined with the data obtained from the previous investigation,the technical process and key points of the comprehensive disposal in passing through empty roadways were discussed in detail from two main aspects:grouting reinforcement operation and support optimization.From the practical application effect,no further appearance of roof pressure occurred in the whole process,which proves that the treatment measures adopted in this time have achieved initial success.
