摘要
刮板输送机自动调控系统在煤矿综采工作面的应用,可以实现刮板输送机的自动化运行,减少人工操作,提高工作面生产效率.主要对刮板输送机自动调控系统的应用进行了研究,并分析了刮板输送机自动调控系统的组成,阐述了刮板输送机自动调控系统的控制方式和应用效果,以进一步提升刮板输送机运行的安全性.通过对刮板输送机自动调控系统的研究,在保证采煤作业顺利进行的同时,也能有效提升采煤效率.为提高刮板输送机的工作机能,降低煤矿生产成本,提出了一种基于PLC控制的刮板输送机自动调控系统.
Abstract
The application of automatic control system of scraper conveyors in fully-mechanized mining face of coal mine can realize the automatic operation of scraper conveyors,reduce manual operation and improve the production efficiency of working face.In order to improve the safety of the operation of the scraper conveyors,the application of the automatic control system of scraper conveyors was studied,the composition of the automatic control system of scraper conveyors was analyzed,and the control mode and application effect of the automatic control system of the scraper conveyor were expounded.The purpose is to further improve the safety of the operation of the scraper conveyor,and effectively improve coal mining efficiency while ensuring the smooth progress of coal mining operations through the research on the automatic control system of scraper conveyors.In order to improve the function of scraper conveyor and reduce the production cost of coal mine,an automatic control system of scraper conveyors based on PLC control was proposed.
