Application of Advanced Grouting in Controlling Surrounding Rock of Tunnel Excavation through Fault Fracture Zones
To ensure the safe and efficient excavation of the 5301 return air roadway in Shuangliu Coal Mine through the BF36 fault,as well as the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway within the range affected by the fault,a combination method of"advanced grouting+anchor mesh cable beam"was proposed to control the surrounding rock.By advanced grouting, the overall stability of the surrounding rock in the fractured zone of the fault is improved, and good conditions are created for tunnel excavation;the anchor mesh cable beam method was used to provide greater support force to the surrounding rock, ensuring its stability. After engineering application, there were no problems such as roof leakage, roof caving, and slope fragmentation during the excavation of the return air roadway in the fault fracture zone.Within the range of fault influence, the deformation of the roadway roof, floor, and slope were 52 mm and 53 mm,respectively. The overall deformation of the surrounding rock was relatively small, which effectively controlled the safe excavation and deformation of the return air roadway.
