盘州市煤炭资源丰富,过度的煤碳开采导致地面塌陷、地裂缝等地质灾害频发,严重危害人民群众生命财产安全,使得矿群矛盾纠纷问题时有发生.对盘州市石桥镇乐民新街居委会四小区村民房屋开裂成因进行分析论证,通过地质测绘、现场调查等工作手段分析村民房屋开裂变形与煤矿采煤工程活动的关系,明确责任主体,以促进矿产资源的开发和矿群关系的和谐发展.
Analysis and Demonstration of Causes of Environmental Geological Problems in Coal Mining
Panzhou City has abundant coal resources,and excessive coal mining has led to frequent geological disasters such as ground subsidence and cracks,seriously endangering the safety of people's lives and property,resulting in frequent conflicts and disputes among mining groups.Based on the analysis of the causes of cracking in the houses of villagers in the fourth residential area of Lemin New Street Neighborhood Committee in Shiqiao Town,Panzhou City,the relationship between the cracking and deformation of village houses and coal mining engineering activities was analyzed through geological surveying and on-site investigation,the responsible parties were clarified,in order to promote the development of mineral resources and the harmonious development of mining group relationships.
