新能源经济发展视角下公共充电桩用户特征调查分析

摘要
"十四五"期间,中国新能源汽车产业飞速发展,充电换电作为一种更高效、更集约、更低碳的补能模式,相比化石燃料具有更高的能源转换效率,且公共充电桩的智能管理功能也能带来节能效益.结合国家政策,对新能源汽车车主使用公共充电桩满意度进行调查,将对充电桩的满意度分为整体、质量、便捷、价格和体验5个维度,建立结构方程分析各维度对公共充电桩整体满意度的影响.结果显示,影响居民对公共充电桩满意度的直接因素是质量、价格、便捷和体验,其中体验对公共充电桩满意度的影响最大.最后提出应从充电桩安全质量、用户需求及车主建议入手,建立政府和运营平台协同的合作机制,为新能源充电桩的发展提供支持.
Abstract
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China's new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly.Charging and swapping,as a more efficient,intensive,and low-carbon energy supplement mode,has higher energy conversion efficiency compared to fossil fuels.Moreover,the intelligent management function of public charging piles can also bring energy-saving benefits.Based on national policies,a research was conducted on the satisfaction of new energy vehicle owners with the use of public charging piles.The satisfaction of vehicle owners with charging piles is divided into five dimensions:overall,quality,convenience,price,and experience.A structural equation was established to analyze the impact of each dimension on the overall satisfaction of public charging piles.The results show that the direct factors affecting residents'satisfaction with public charging piles are quality,price,convenience,and experience,with experience having the greatest impact on satisfaction with public charging piles.Finally,it was proposed to start with the safety and quality of charging piles,user demands,and suggestions from car owners,and establish a collaborative mechanism between the government and operational platforms to provide support for the development of new energy charging piles.
