Optimization of Multimode Coupled Heating System Operation in Coal-fired Power Plant A
Multimode coupled heating system runs in coal-fired power plant A.In order to improve the energy-saving effect of the heating system and reduce the coal consumption of power generation,a theoretical model was built by EBSILON software.The research results showed that according to the proportion of waste heat utilization from high to low,it was divided into high back pressure heating mode,heat pump heating mode and extraction steam heating mode;in order to increase the proportion of waste heat utilization of the unit,priority should be given to increasing high back pressure heat supply;for a single machine,the available waste heat was limited,and when the available waste heat exceeded the residual heat,the remaining heat needs to be fully utilized for steam extraction heating,therefore,with the increase of total heat supply,the steam extraction volume,the electric power of the unit and the proportion of high back pressure heating will have an inflection point;the historical data was trained by the neural network method,the heat supply prediction model was obtained,and the guidance for the optimization of heating energy saving in the power plant was put forward by combining the EBSILON theoretical model.
