永红煤矿小煤柱工作面瓦斯治理的实践应用

摘要
永红煤矿在过去的掘进工作中采用"以岩保煤+水力造穴"的瓦斯防治措施,这种方式存在钻孔施工时间长、作业成本高、瓦斯抽放时间不达标等问题.以永红煤矿 3512 工作面为研究对象,对"小煤柱掘进+穿层预抽钻孔"分阶段瓦斯治理措施进行了创新设计.应用结果表明,巷道单进月均进尺在 161 m,防突效果有效,抽采效果明显,掘进期间瓦斯涌出得到有效控制,经济效益显著提高.
Abstract
In Yonghong Coal Mine,the gas control measures of"coal preservation with rock + hydraulic cavitation"were used to adopt in driving,of which there were some problems,such as long drilling construction time,high operation cost and long time for reaching the drainage standard.Taking 3512 working face of Yonghong Coal Mine as the research object,the phased gas control measures of"small coal pillar driving + cross-layer pre-pumping drilling"were innovatively designed.The application results showed that the average monthly penetration of roadway in single drive was 161 m,which was of effective anti-outburst effect,obvious pumping effect,effective gas control effect during driving and significant economic benefits.
