摘要
对西山煤电集团碳排放现状、碳达峰与碳中和的主要目标和战略进行了分析,设计了企业碳达峰与碳中和方案.以企业绿色高质量跃升发展为主题,以降碳、减污、扩绿、增长为主线,以行动计划落实发展,统筹产业结构优化、零碳低碳供能、物资循环利用、污染治理协同降碳,创新低碳管理实践,促进企业绿色低碳发展,有效支撑西山煤电集团碳达峰与碳中和目标实现.
Abstract
The carbon emission status of Xishan Coal Electricity Group,the main goals and strategies of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality were analyzed,and the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality scheme was designed.Taking the enterprise's green and high-quality development as the theme,taking carbon reduction,pollution reduction,green expansion and growth as the main line,implementing development with action plans,coordinating industrial structure optimization,zero carbon and low carbon energy supply,material recycling,pollution control and collaborative carbon reduction,innovating low-carbon management practices,promoting green and low carbon development of enterprises,and effectively supporting the realization of Xishan Coal Electricity Group's goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
