"节水型社会"建设背景下高校节水工作路径探索

摘要
《"十四五"节水型社会建设规划》文件关于"节水型社会"创建要求,以及习近平总书记新时期治水、用水的根本思想,是新时期高校节水工作的指导方向.以高校节水工作为样本,采用实地调研、数据分析等方法,总结节水工作中尚存在的问题,提出新时期节水措施,分析节水成效,探索"节水型社会"建设背景下高校节水工作的有效路径,对于提升高校水资源利用效率、建设节水型高校以及全面促进整个社会节水意识的树立具有重要意义.
Abstract
The requirements for the establishment of a"water saving society"in The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of a Water Saving Society,and the general secretary Xi Jinping's basic ideas on water control and water use in the new era,are the guiding direction of the water-saving work in colleges and universities in the new era.Taking water-saving work in colleges and universities as a sample,using methods such as field research and data analysis,the existing problems in water-saving work were summarized,water-saving measures in the new era were proposed,water-saving effects were analyzed,and effective paths for water-saving work in colleges and universities under the background of building a"water saving society"were explored.This is of great significance for improving the efficiency of water resource utilization in colleges and universities,building water-saving colleges and universities,and comprehensively promoting the establishment of water-saving awareness in the entire society.
