摘要
为解决天津A厂 1 000 MW燃煤机组废水排放率高、回用率低的问题,通过对废水的基本特征加以明确并对废水收集问题开展深入调查分析,提出了全厂废水资源化利用方案,指导全厂废水高效回用,同时针对终端废水处理系统现存不足进行剖析并提出合理化建议,目的是提高企业的用水水平,真正实现废水梯级利用,并最终达到零排放.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of high discharge rate and low reuse rate of wastewater from 1 000 MW coal-fired units in A Plant in Tianjin,through clarifying the basic characteristics of wastewater and conducting in-depth investigation and analysis of wastewater collection problems,a plan for the resource utilization of wastewater from the whole plant was proposed,guiding the efficient reuse of wastewater from the whole plant,at the same time,the existing deficiencies of the terminal wastewater treatment system were analyzed,and reasonable suggestions were proposed,so as to finally improve the water consumption level of the enterprise,truly realize the tertiary utilization of wastewater and ultimately achieve zero discharge.
