摘要

深部筛分是实现潮湿细粒煤高效分级的重要途径,但会出现筛面堵塞的问题,刚柔耦合弹性筛分方法被用于克服堵塞.探究了进料速率和物料含水率对筛分性能的影响及相关机理,对 3mm湿细粒煤进行刚柔耦合弹性筛分与刚性筛分对比实验,进一步明确了筛分过程中颗粒的空间分布规律.当外部含水率为 11.31%时,筛分效率达到83.15%,总错配物率为6.40%,有效提高了潮湿细粒煤的筛分性能.

Abstract

Deep screening is an important way to realize efficient classification of wet fine-grained coal,but the problem of screen surface clogging will occur,the rigid-flexible coupling elastic screening method has been applied to overcome the clogging.This paper explored the influence of feed rate and material moisture content on the screening performance and the related mechanism,and carried out the comparison experiments between the rigid-flexible coupling elastic screening and the rigid screening for 3 mm wet fine-grained coal,to further clarify the spatial distribution law of particles in the screening process.When the external water content is 11.31%,the screening efficiency reaches 83.15%,and the total mismatch rate is 6.40%,which effectively improves the screening performance of wet fine-grained coal.
