Technology of Roof-cutting Pressure-relief Roadway Retaining of Thin Coal Seam Working Face
In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and improve the efficiency of coal mining,combined with the thin thickness of coal seam mining in 3503 fully-mechanized mining face,the technical scheme of roof-cutting pressure-relief roadway retaining was put forward and carried out in engineering application.The roof strength of the roadway retention section can be improved by the anchor cable advance reinforcement during the period of the roadway retaining by cutting the roof and releasing pressure,which created good conditions for the roadway retaining work;DCA-45 type seam cutter was used to improve the construction quality of roof cutting drilling,and the seam cutting effect was improved by shaped charge blasting;the use of dense monomer reinforcement in the lagging support section can reduce the influence of mining pressure and goaf roof caving on the deformation of surrounding rock in the roadway retaining section.After the field application,the subsidence of the roof of the roadway retaining section increased rapidly within 30 m of the lagging mining face,the subsidence of the roadway retaining section gradually becomes stable with the increase of the distance from the mining face,and the final subsidence was controlled within 165 mm.
