矿用卡车驾驶员操作水平的评价方法研究

为提高驾驶员操作水平,提出了一套完整的驾驶员操作水平评价方法.运用物联网数据采集技术,实现了对卡车运输数据的动态采集;提出了安全、能耗和效率 3 个驾驶员操作评价一级指标,并建立了相应的二级评价指标;采用改进的主成分分析法和K-means聚类算法对实验样本进行模型构建.构建的评价模型能够有效地评价驾驶员的操作水平,得到的驾驶员操作标准参考值可为提高驾驶管理水平和操作技术提供可靠的参考.
Evaluation Method for Operation Level of Mining Truck Drivers
To improve the driver's operating level,a complete driver's operating level evaluation method was proposed.By using IoT data collection technology,dynamic collection of truck transportation data was achieved.Safety,energy consumption,and efficiency were proposed as three primary indicators for driver operation evaluation,and corresponding secondary evaluation indicators were established.Improved principal component analysis and K-means clustering algorithm were used to construct models for experimental samples.The constructed evaluation model can effectively evaluate the driver's operating level,and the obtained reference values for driver's operating standards can provide reliable references for improving driving management level and operating techniques.
