复合顶板回采巷道稳定控制技术研究

复合顶板岩层各层之间容易产生不同的变形,导致黏结力变小,在实际生产中易出现离层破坏.通过使用锚杆(索)进行支护,可以改变围岩力学状态,有效控制围岩变形.以山西省四侯矿为研究背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场监测等方法研究了复合顶板回采巷道稳定控制技术.对比锚杆应力变化曲线可知,所选用的支护方式可以有效控制围岩变形;对回风顺槽动压条件下锚固支护现状进行评价,便于优化支护方案,并为下区段工作面进、回风顺槽支护方案设计提供理论依据.
Stability Control Technology of Compound Roof Mining Roadway
The composite roof strata are prone to different deformations between different layers,resulting in reduced bonding force and easy delamination failure in actual production.By using anchor bolt(cable)support,the mechanical state of the surrounding rock can be changed and the deformation of the surrounding rock can be effectively controlled.Taking Sihou Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as the research background,the stability control technology of composite roof mining roadway was studied using theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,on-site monitoring and other methods.By comparing the stress variation curve of the anchor bolt,it can be seen that the selected support method can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock;evaluating the current status of anchor support under dynamic pressure conditions of the return air channel,in order to optimize the support scheme and provide theoretical basis for the design of the inlet and return air channel support schemes in the lower section of the working face.
