Common Problems and Countermeasures in Coal Washing Process
Coal washing is a necessary process for efficient utilization of coal,with a focus on reducing the ash content of coal.Due to the complex composition of raw coal,there are some problems in the application of coal washing technology.Firstly,this paper analyzed the common problems in coal washing process,mainly including low automation level of coal washing,low clean coal production rate,low coal washing efficiency,and high energy consumption,etc.Then,it explored countermeasures to address these problems,mainly by adopting appropriate coal washing processes,optimizing washing and selection processes,improving automation levels,and performing equipment upgrades.This can provide a certain reference for the efficient washing and selection of coal.
