煤矿掘进机是煤矿开采过程中不可或缺的设备,然而,相关人员常常面临煤矿掘进机各种故障带来的生产中断和安全隐患.通过探讨煤矿掘进机的分类及特点,并详细分析其常见的电气、机械和液压系统故障,提出有效的故障处理方法,包括定期维护保养、故障诊断技术的应用和备用零部件的管理.通过深入研究和应用这些方法,可以提高煤矿掘进机的可靠性,减少生产中断,提升煤矿安全和生产效率.
Abstract
Coal mine heading machines are indispensable equipment in the coal mining process.However,relevant personnel often face production interruptions and safety hazards caused by various malfunctions of coal mine heading machines.This paper explored the classification and characteristics of coal mine heading machines,and analyzed in detail their common electrical,mechanical,and hydraulic system faults,proposed effective fault handling methods,including regular maintenance,application of fault diagnosis technology,and management of spare parts.Through in-depth research and application of these methods,the reliability of coal mine heading machines can be improved,production interruptions can be reduced,and coal mine safety and production efficiency can be improved.
