摘要

南庄煤矿在8824 工作面研究试用了大间排距高效能锚杆支护技术,应用了锚杆长度 3m、网度 1.1 m的快速支护参数.为验证参数的合理性,南庄煤矿在 8824 工作面胶带顺槽开展了巷道两帮位移监测、顶板离层监测、锚杆工作载荷监测、煤体深基点监测、窥视钻孔监测工作.监测结果显示,该支护条件下两帮移近量最大118 mm,顶板下沉量最大95 mm,巷道的稳固性较好,且顶板锚索最大载荷和锚杆最大载荷均小于破断载荷,表明大间排距高效能锚杆支护技术能够有效地控制围岩变形,适用于该地质条件下的巷道支护.

Abstract

Nanzhuang Coal Mine studied and tried the high-efficiency bolt support technology with large spacing in 8824 working face,and applied the fast support parameters of bolt length of 3 m and mesh of 1.1 m.In order to verify the rationality of the parameters,Nanzhuang Coal Mine carried out the monitoring of the displacement of the two sides of the roadway,the monitoring of roof separation,the monitoring of the working load of the anchor rod,the monitoring of the deep base point of the coal body and the monitoring of the peeping hole in the 8824 working face.The monitoring results show that the maximum displacement between the two sides is 118 mm,the maximum subsidence of the roof is 95 mm,the roadway is relatively stable,and the maximum load of the roof anchor cable and the maximum load of the anchor rod are less than the breaking load,which shows that the high-efficiency anchor rod support technology with large spacing can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock and can be applied to coal mine roadway support under this geological condition.
