摘要

煤矿皮带机是煤矿生产中的重要物料运输设备,然而由于各种原因,煤矿皮带机常常出现跑偏故障,严重影响生产效率和安全性.通过分析煤矿皮带机的跑偏故障,探讨了跑偏故障的原因和特点,并提出了一系列处理措施,包括调整辊道安装、优化皮带材料、改进皮带对中机构等.实践验证,这些处理措施能够有效预防和解决煤矿皮带机的跑偏故障,提高生产效率和安全性.

Abstract

Coal mine belt conveyor is an important material transportation equipment in coal mine production.However,due to various reasons,the coal mine belt conveyor often experiences deviation faults,seriously affecting production efficiency and safety.By analyzing the deviation fault of coal mine belt conveyors,the causes and characteristics of deviation fault were explored,and a series of treatment measures were proposed,including adjusting roller installation,optimizing belt material,improving belt centering mechanism,etc.Practice has proven that these measures can effectively prevent and solve the deviation fault of coal mine belt conveyors,improve production efficiency and safety.
