Belt conveyor is an important equipment for transporting coal and gangue underground in coal mines.In order to deal with faults that occur during the operation of the belt conveyor,it is necessary to establish an integrated protection system for the belt conveyor.This paper analyzed the main functions of the integrated protection system for belt conveyors,including operation status monitoring,fault diagnosis and protection,fault alarm,etc.It explored the integrated protection system for belt conveyors based on intelligent technology,which can provide some reference for the protection of coal mine belt conveyors.
