摘要

对煤矿电机车制动结构进行了优化分析.主要从提高制动性能、提高制动可靠性和降低制动结构的维护成本3个方面来探讨优化的需求.通过力学分析与仿真、材料选择与优化、结构设计优化,提出了一种改进的电机车制动结构.最后,通过制动性能分析、可靠性分析和维护成本分析,验证了优化后制动结构的优越性.

Abstract

The braking structure of coal mine electric locomotives was optimized and analyzed.The optimization design demands were mainly discussed from three aspects:improving braking performance,improving braking reliability and reducing the maintenance cost of braking structure.Through mechanical analysis and simulation,material selection and optimization,and structural design optimization,an improved braking structure of electric locomotive was proposed.Finally,the superiority of the optimized braking structure was verified through the braking performance analysis,reliability analysis and maintenance cost analysis.
