摘要

针对易自燃煤层回采期间可能发生煤炭自燃的危险,提出了合适的自然发火标志性气体及其临界值,设计了由井下束管采样监测系统、地面监测监控系统和色谱气体分析仪等组成的自然发火综合监测预警系统.应用结果表明,该系统可以对易自燃煤层回采期间可能发生的煤炭自燃起到预警作用,为易自燃煤层安全高效回采提供了技术支撑.

Abstract

Suitable natural ignition indicator gas and its critical value were proposed to address the potential danger of coal spontaneous combustion during coal seam mining.A comprehensive monitoring and early warning system for spontaneous combustion was designed,including an underground bundle tube monitoring system,a ground monitoring system and a chromatographic gas analyzer.The application results show that the system can play a warning role for the possible occurrence of coal spontaneous combustion during the recovery of easily combustible coal seams,providing technical support for safe and efficient recovery of easily combustible coal seams.
