Design of Quartz Sand High-temperature Heat Exchange Device Based on Energy Storage
A fast fluidized quartz sand high-temperature heat exchange device was designed,which can produce steam of 90 t/h to solve the instability and uncontrollability of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation,convert electric energy into high-temperature heat,regenerate into superheated steam,promote turbine rotation,and provide rotary inertia and primary frequency modulation capability,so that the generated electric energy smooth output.The design model of fast fluidized quartz sand high-temperature heat exchange device were determined,and the design working range was determined.By calculating the heat transfer coefficient between the buried tube and the bed of the heat exchanger,the parameters of each system of the fast fluidized quartz sand high-temperature heat exchange device were designed.
