摘要

随着能源转型的提速和电力体制改革的不断深入,开展满足多元化能源生产与消费需求的综合能源服务尤其重要.西南一火电厂根据现有电厂、工业园区、化工基地建设情况,全力打造电厂与工业园区有机结合的综合能源服务基地,实现火、光、储多能互补和热、电、冷、水、气、氢等多种能源服务,大力实施"火电+"的产业模式,其中 3 个典型示范项目已落地实施.探索实践综合能源服务的新模式,具有市场开拓和示范意义.

Abstract

With the acceleration of energy transformation and the continuous deepening of power system reform,it is particularly important to carry out comprehensive energy services that meet diversified energy production and consumption needs.Based on the construction of existing power plants,industrial parks,and chemical industry bases,a thermal power plant in Southwest China is making every effort to create a comprehensive energy service base that organically combines power plants and industrial parks,achieving multi-energy complementation for fire,light,and storage,as well as various energy services such as heat,electricity,cooling,water,gas,hydrogen,etc.The"thermal power+"industrial model had been implemented vigorously,and three typical demonstration projects had been implemented.Exploring and practicing new models of comprehensive energy services has market development and demonstration significance.
