大社矿地面水射流径向水平破煤瓦斯治理技术研究

大社矿东北翼下部盘区及西翼盘区深部开采的2#煤层埋藏较深,瓦斯压力、含量随埋深逐渐增大,掘进、回采过程中瓦斯涌出量较大,传统的井下瓦斯治理方式不能有效解决这一问题,需要试验新的瓦斯治理模式.井下瓦斯治理过程中,经常受瓦斯治理时间、空间局限性影响,瓦斯治理措施落实得不到有效保证,且井下施工过程中存在喷孔造成瓦斯超限的风险,而地面瓦斯治理能够有效地解决该难题.地面瓦斯治理可以对矿井规划采区进行有效的抽采,摆脱井下瓦斯治理的局限性,需要提前对大社矿东北翼下部盘区及西翼盘区深部进行瓦斯治理,地面瓦斯治理能够在不掘进巷道的基础上对盘区瓦斯进行超前治理,而且可以长时间进行抽采,提供安全保障.盘区巷道掘进和回采前进行地面瓦斯治理显得十分必要.
Radial Horizontal Coal and Gas Control Technology of Surface Water Jet in Dashe Mine
The 2#coal seam of deep mining in the lower part of the northeast wing and the west wing of Dashe Mine is buried deeply.The gas pressure and content of 2#coal seam gradually increase with the burial depth,and the gas gushing amount is large in the process of excavation and mining.The traditional underground gas control method cannot effectively solve this problem,and new gas control models need to be tested.In the process of underground gas treatment,gas treatment is often subject to the limitation of time and space,the implementation of gas treatment measures cannot be effectively guaranteed,and there is the risk of gas overlimit caused by jet holes in the process of underground construction.The surface gas treatment can effectively solve this problem.Surface gas treatment can effectively extract the planned mining area of the mine and get rid of the limitations of underground gas treatment.It is necessary to conduct gas treatment in advance for the lower panel area of the northeast wing of Dashe Mine and the deep panel area of the west wing of Dashe Mine.Surface gas treatment can advance the gas treatment of the panel area on the basis of no tunneling roadway,and can be extracted for a long time to provide security.It is necessary to control the surface gas before roadway excavation and mining.
