摘要

采煤机作为煤矿综采工作的主要机械设备,在整个采煤过程中起着非常重要的作用.导向靴是采煤机外牵引系统的组成部分之一,在实际应用中常常会发生失效现象,主要表现形式为断裂和接触面磨损.一旦发生失效现象,采煤机不得不停止运行,这不仅严重影响煤矿的生产效率,还会带来安全隐患.为此,非常有必要对采煤机导向靴的性能进行改进研究.

Abstract

As the main mechanical equipment for fully mechanized coal mining,the shearer plays a very important role in the entire coal mining process.The guide shoe is one of the components of the external traction system of the shearer.In practical applications,failure often occurs,mainly manifested as fracture and wear on the contact surface.Once a failure occurs,the shearer has to stop running,which not only seriously affects the production efficiency of the coal mine,but also brings safety hazards.Therefore,it is very necessary to improve and study the performance of the guide shoes of the shearer.
