摘要

以A煤矿为例,提出一种瓦斯灾害隐患预警模型,并通过实践应用验证模型的应用效果.该模型通过采集放炮、风机故障、打钻喷孔、顶板冒落、煤与瓦斯突出、采空区瓦斯涌出等环境数据,进行超限预警分析和动态趋势预警分析.同时,利用Fisher判别法对分析结果进行对比,判断煤矿井下作业面是否存在瓦斯灾害隐患.应用效果分析显示,该预警模型表现良好,成功预警了 5 次瓦斯灾害隐患,准确率达到 100%.这表明该瓦斯灾害隐患预警模型具有较高的应用价值,可在大规模范围内推广使用.

Abstract

Taking A Coal Mine as an example,a gas hazard warning model was proposed,and the application effect of the proposed model was verified through practical application.This model conducts over limit warning analysis and dynamic trend warning analysis by collecting environmental data such as blasting,ventilator failure,drilling and hole spraying,roof caving,coal and gas outburst,and gas emission in goaf,etc.At the same time,the Fisher discriminant method was used to compare the analysis results and determine whether there is a gas hazard in the underground working face of the coal mine.The application effect analysis shows that the warning model performs well,and has successfully warned the hidden dangers of gas disasters for 5 times,and the accuracy rate can reach 100%.This indicates that the gas hazard warning model has high application value and can be widely promoted and used on a large scale.
