Design and Numerical Simulation of Roadway Support Parameters for A Iron Mine in Xinyu City
In order to further explore the possible optimization path of iron mine roadway support work, the roadway current situation of A Iron Mine in Xinyu City,Jiangxi Province was studied as a case.Firstly, through modeling and simulation analysis, the main problems existing in the roadway support link of the iron mine were determined.Secondly, the orthogonal experiment method was used to optimize the technical parameters of roadway support in the iron mine, and the most reasonable experimental combination was determined as follows:the length of bolt was 2.4 m,the thickness of concrete shotcrete layer was 100 mm,and the spacing of flexible metal arch was 0.5 m.Finally, the results of the optimized experimental combination were analyzed, and the results showed that the optimized support scheme played a significant role in reducing the displacement of roadway and the volume of plastic zone, which proved that the scheme had potential application value.
