通风是矿山安全生产中的重要环节,具有排放有毒有害气体、向井下供给足够的新鲜空气、调节井下气候、改善作业环境等重要作用.在矿井生产中,要实现高效的通风,就必须依靠矿井的通风装置来实现空气流量的分布和调整.矿山生产通风环节的装置除了包括主要的通风装置外,还应包括一些具有一定通风功能的设施,如风门、风桥、风窗等.在矿山生产中,因为工作环境比较苛刻,通风装置会发生各种类型的故障,严重影响到矿井生产的安全性,所以一旦发现问题,就需要立即解决.要想更好地解决这些问题,就要更好地掌握通风设施的工作状况.以如何在矿井生产中有效地解决通风问题为切入点,从而能够更好地掌握矿井内的工作状况.
Ventilation Safety Management and Prevention of Ventilation Accidents in Metal and Non-metallic Underground Mines
Ventilation is an important link in mine safety production,which plays an important role in emitting toxic and harmful gases,providing sufficient fresh air to the underground,regulating the underground climate,and improving the working environment.In mine production,to achieve efficient ventilation,it is necessary to rely on the ventilation equipment of the mine to achieve the distribution and adjustment of air flow.In addition to the main ventilation devices,the ventilation devices in the mining production process should also include some facilities with certain ventilation functions,such as air doors,air bridges,air windows,etc.In mining production,due to the harsh working environment,various types of failures in ventilation devices can occur,seriously affecting the safety of mine production.Therefore,once problems are found,they need to be solved immediately.To better solve these problems,it is necessary to have a better understanding of the working conditions of ventilation facilities.This paper took how to effectively solve ventilation problems in mine production as the starting point,so as to better grasp the working conditions inside the mine.
