煤矿皮带机智能调速系统及其节能分析

煤矿皮带机在运行时,会因工作面出煤量的变化,出现轻载甚至空载的情况,这会造成电能浪费.为此根据煤矿生产实际,设计了煤矿皮带机智能调速系统.该系统通过视觉煤流检测获得实时煤流体积数据,通过智能工控系统实时调整皮带机转速达到减小皮带磨损和节省电能的效果.通过对系统改造前后电气节能的分析,可知该煤矿皮带机智能调速系统能够显著降低电能消耗,达到节能降耗效果.
Intelligent Speed Regulation System of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor and Its Energy Saving Analysis
When the coal mine belt conveyor is in operation,there will be light load or even no load due to the change of coal output at the working face,which will cause power waste.An intelligent speed regulation system for underground belt conveyor was designed.The system obtains real-time coal flow volume data through coal flow visual detection and adjusts the belt conveyor speed in real time through intelligent industrial control system to reduce belt wear and power saving.Through the analysis of electrical energy saving before and after the system transformation,it can be seen that the intelligent speed regulation system of coal mine belt conveyor can significantly reduce the electric energy consumption,to achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
