Energy-saving Test of New Thermal Insulation Coating on Domestic Waste Incinerator
In some areas of the domestic waste incineration power plant, the space is small,so the traditional thermal insulation materials are more difficult to lay,and even the surface of more special-shaped components cannot be laid with traditional insulation materials at all, resulting in serious heat loss and low energy utilization efficiency in the power plant, and the exposed high-temperature equipment has brought certain safety hazards to the development of the work.In order to solve this problem, three new thermal insulation coatings were tested on the support column in the incinerator triangle area of domestic waste incineration power plant A in central China. The results showed that the surface temperature of the column coated with ethyl orthosilicate aerogel insulation coating decreased by 48.66℃,saving 90.15%of heat energy;the surface temperature of the column coated with sodium silicate aerogel insulation coating decreased by 45.69℃,saving 87.04%of heat energy;the surface temperature of the column coated with ceramic microbead nano thermal insulation coating decreased by 44.66℃,saving 83.38%of heat energy;it can be known that ethyl orthosilicate aerogel insulation coating has the best thermal insulation effect, sodium silicate aerogel insulation coating and ceramic microbead insulation coating have slightly worse thermal insulation effect, but are also of good performance. The test can provide some reference for the high-efficiency and energy-saving development of the whole industry and thermal insulation material selection in harsh areas.
