摘要

电梯节能减排装置的应用中,通过运用技术手段提高电梯的能效,优化和整合电梯现有变频器、LED照明系统、再生制动装置,引入更加先进的智能化管理,整合先进的信息技术和管理策略;对电梯的运行状态进行全天候实时监控,根据乘客的上下楼需求实现电梯的智能调度,为乘梯者提供个性化定制服务;对电梯的各种故障、运行、统计信息进行采集并回传,再利用后台大数据的分析及时发现并处理各种故障.电梯节能减排装置的研究与应用,可以实现电梯技术多元化、智能化、绿色化发展,以达到电梯节能减排的目标.

Abstract

In the application of energy-saving and emission-reduction device of elevator,use technical means to improve the energy efficiency of the elevator,optimize and integrate the elevator's existing frequency converter,LED lighting system and regenerative braking device,introduce more advanced intelligent management,integrate advanced information technology and management strategies;carry out real-time monitoring of the operating status of the elevator,and intelligently schedule the elevator according to the needs of passengers up and down the stairs,providing personalized customized services for passengers;collect and upload all kinds of faults,operation and statistical information of the elevator,and discover and deal with all kinds of faults in time using the analysis of background big data.The research and application of energy-saving and emission-reduction device of elevator can realize the diversified,intelligent and green development of elevator technology,so as to achieve the goal of elevator energy saving and emission reduction.
