Coal Consumption Benchmark of Thermal Power Units Considering Carbon Emission Reduction
As the foundation and ballast of a new type of power system, the efficient and economical operation of coal-fired units is an important part of the feasible technical path to achieve the"dual carbon"goal smoothly.A steady-state database was established and condition division was carried out based on the historical operation data of the unit.Grey correlation analysis method was used to extract energy efficiency characteristic indicators, and k-means clustering algorithm was used to determine the benchmark values of the unit's energy efficiency characteristics, which were imported into the calculation mode to obtain the benchmark value of the unit's optimal coal consumption for power supply. Finally,by using this method, the benchmark values of energy efficiency characteristics under typical operating conditions of a 1 000 MW unit were obtained, and the optimal benchmark value of coal consumption for power supply of the unit was obtained.By evaluating the carbon emission benefits, the economy of low-carbon operation of the unit was analyzed, and the reliability of the practical application of the method was verified.
