通过水冷壁壁面气氛测试与燃烧优化调整试验研究,探讨不同因素对锅炉燃烧器区域水冷壁壁面气氛及温度的影响.综合考虑了入炉煤硫分、煤粉细度和配风方式等参数,同时关注排烟温度、飞灰可燃物含量以及炉膛出口NOx排放等关键指标,以寻求最佳运行参数.此外,还针对水冷壁综合治理展开研究,涉及电站锅炉水冷壁材料优化、监测与评估新技术的应用、高温腐蚀综合防护等方面,以延长水冷壁的安全使用寿命,从而实现控降非停、提高机组运行安全性及经济性的目标.
Combustion Optimization Adjustment Test and Comprehensive Treatment of Boiler Water Cooled Wall
The influence of different factors on the surface atmosphere and temperature of the water cooled wall in the boiler burner area was investigated through the test of the sticking atmosphere of the water cooled wall and the optimization and adjustment test of combustion.The parameters such as sulfur content of coal as fired,fineness of pulverised coal and air distribution mode were considered comprehensively,and the key indicators such as smoke exhaust temperature,fly ash fuel content and NOx emission from the furnace outlet were paid attention to in order to find the best operating parameters.In addition,research was also carried out on the comprehensive treatment of the water cooled wall,involving the optimization of the water cooled wall materials of the power station boiler,the application of new technologies of detection and evaluation,and the comprehensive protection from high-temperature corrosion,so as to improve the safe service life of the water cooled wall,achieve the goal of controlling descent without stopping and improving the operation safety and economy of the unit.
