摘要
在煤矿开采过程中,采煤工艺和技术对生产的效率和安全性有着不容忽视的影响.在开采设计时,需要选择合适的采煤工艺和技术.对现有的工艺进行研究,分析了现在常用的几种采煤工艺,包括普采工艺、综采工艺、充填开采工艺、智能采煤工艺和薄煤层开采工艺等.探讨了影响采煤技术质量的主要因素,包括装备先进性、人员配置情况、煤层赋存的复杂性等.可以为采矿工程中采煤工艺的应用提供一定的技术参考.
Abstract
In the process of coal mining,coal mining processes and technologies have an undeniable impact on production efficiency and safety.When designing mining,it is necessary to make appropriate choices for coal mining processes and technologies.This paper conducted research on existing coal mining processes and analyzed several commonly used coal mining processes,including conventional mining,fully mechanized mining,backfill mining,intelligent mining,and thin coal seam mining.It discussed the main factors affecting the quality of coal mining technology,including the progressiveness of equipment,personnel allocation,complexity of coal seam occurrence,etc.It can provide certain technical references for the application of coal mining technology in mining engineering.
