摘要

为提高选煤厂破碎系统的灵活性,解决中块煤滞销、经济效益差等问题,对选煤厂中块煤破碎系统进行了优化改造.在选煤厂原块煤破碎系统的基础上增加了 1 套中块煤破碎系统作为旁路使用,该系统不会给选煤厂原有洗选工艺带来影响,且可以将中块煤破碎后掺混在末煤、小块煤中进行销售.对中块煤破碎系统工艺的改造优化方案及其使用的设备进行研究,对比分析了中块煤破碎系统工艺优化改造前后选煤厂的经济效益.中块煤破碎系统工艺改造优化后,增加经济收益约 1.518×106 元/a,同时提高了选煤厂破碎系统的灵活性.

Abstract

In order to improve the flexibility of the crushing system in the coal preparation plant,solve the problems of unsold medium-sized coal and poor economic benefits,the crushing system of medium-sized coal in the coal preparation plant has been optimized and transformed.On the basis of the original lump coal crushing system in the coal preparation plant,a set of medium-sized coal crushing system has been added as a bypass for use.This system will not affect the original washing process of the coal preparation plant,and can mix the crushed medium-sized coal with the final coal and small coal for sale.This paper studied the optimization plan and equipment used for the process transformation of the medium-sized coal crushing system,and compared and analyzed the economic benefits of the coal preparation plant before and after the process optimization transformation of the medium-sized coal crushing system.After the process transformation and optimization of the medium-sized coal crushing system,the economic benefits increased by about 1.518×106 yuan/a,while improving the flexibility of the crushing system in the coal preparation plant.
