提升机是煤矿井下和地面运输物质的重要设备,其电控系统运行的可靠性对安全生产有着十分重要的影响.目前,煤矿提升机已经采用PLC和变频器进行控制,实现了自动化运行.但是,煤矿提升机电控系统仍存在一些问题,主要体现为监控不够全面和故障判断不准确.针对这些情况,对煤矿提升机电控系统进行智能化改造以提高其性能.研究可以为煤矿提升机电控系统改造提供一定的借鉴.
Improvement and Optimization of Electric Control System for Coal Mine Hoists
The hoist is an important equipment for transporting materials underground and on the ground in coal mines,and the reliability of its electrical control system operation has a significant impact on safety production.At present,the coal mine hoist has been controlled by PLC and frequency converter,achieving automated operation.However,there are still some problems with the electrical control system of coal mine hoists,mainly reflected in incomplete monitoring and inaccurate fault diagnosis.In response to these situations,intelligent transformation was carried out on the electrical control system of the coal mine hoist to improve its performance.Research can provide certain reference for the transformation of the electrical control system of coal mine hoists.
