不稳定围岩巷道注浆加固技术研究

山西省一煤矿 8059 工作面运输顺槽掘进区域存在围岩失稳问题.进行数值模拟可知,掘进后 40d巷道整体垮落,F16 断层周边形成围岩破碎带,竖向距离 30 m.在断层影响区域采取超前注浆加固措施,将破碎围岩提前凝结,随后对治理区域进行效果考察.考察结果表明,区域顶板最大位移量 59 mm,变形较小.注浆措施有效解决了该区域围岩失稳的问题.
Grouting Reinforcement Technology for Unstable Surrounding Rock Roadways
There is a problem of surrounding rock instability in the transportation gateway excavation area of 8059 working face of a coal mine in Shanxi Province.Numerical simulation shows that after 40 d of excavation,the overall collapse of the roadway occurs,and a fractured zone of surrounding rock is formed around the F16 fault,with a vertical distance of 30 m.In the area affected by the fault,advance grouting reinforcement measures were taken to condense the broken surrounding rock in advance,and then the effect of the treatment area was investigated.The inspection results indicate that the maximum displacement of the regional roof is 59 mm,and the deformation is relatively small.The grouting measures effectively solved the problem of instability of the surrounding rock in the area.
