针对建庄矿业 4-2 煤层厚度大,回采巷道断面尺寸大、支护困难等问题,采用理论计算、数值模拟等方法,确定了回采巷道支护参数.在 4-2 403 运输巷进行了现场试验.现场矿压监测结果显示:仅在距离工作面 10m范围内巷道围岩变形量急剧增大,整体看来巷道围岩变形量及顶板离层量在允许范围内,锚杆支护状态良好,支护方案设计合理、可行.
Design and Application of Support for 4-2 403 Transportation Roadway of Pubai Jianzhuang Coal Industry Company
In response to the problems such as large cross-sectional size of the mining roadway and difficulties in support due to the large thickness of the 4-2 coal seam in Jianzhuang Mining Comapany,theoretical calculations,numerical simulations and other methods were used to determine the support parameters of the mining roadway.On-site tests were conducted in the 4-2 403 transportation roadway.The on-site mine pressure monitoring results showed that the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway increased sharply only within a range of 10 m from the working face,the deformation of the surrounding rock and the separation of the roof were within the allowable range overall,and the anchor rod support was in good condition,so the design of the support plan was reasonable and feasible.
