Along with the rapid development of economy and the advancement of the industrialization process in China,the importance of safety management of coal wash production highlights day by day.Aiming at the problems existing in the safety management of coal washing production,the lean production theory was put forward,its application in the safety management of coal washing production was discussed,and the safe and efficient production can be realized.
